1. Install deltathree PC Phone Dialer by going to this site http://www.icallhere.com and click on the “To download PC-to-Phone dialer” button.
* Note: At the end of the PC Phone software installation, uncheck the box labeled “Launch PC Phone 5.x now” before clicking “Finish.”
2. Connect the USB cable from the Actiontec Internet Phone Wizard to a USB socket on your computer. Connect any analog telephone to the “Phone” port on the back panel of the Actiontec Internet Phone Wizard.
3. An “Install New Hardware” Wizard will appear and prompt you to install the Internet Phone Wizard. If you do not see the “Install New Hardware” Wizard, go to your Device Manager and “scan for new hardware.”
4. When prompted for driver location during installation, please click on “Browse” and type in c:\ProgramFiles\PCPhone (or browse to the location of the PCPhone folder to get the ipwusb driver).
5. Launch PC Phone dialer.
6. Go through the Connection Wizard. At “Audio Test,” make sure Internet Phone Wizard is selected as your Microphone and Speakers.

1. Make sure that you are logged into deltathree PC Phone on your computer.
2. Pick up the regular telephone connected to the Actiontec Internet Phone Wizard. Dial the telephone number you want to call. Make sure to dial country code, area code, and the number, even for local phone calls: e.g. USA call 1-212-555-1212. Press “#” at the end if you are dialing from the phone keypad.
